This is an interesting 1940s Sylvac Style Snub Nose Rabbit.
It dates to the 1940s and seems to be made in the same way as my large olive-coloured snub road rabbit.
This wee bunny is probably slip cast from a mould - and the walls making up the figurine are thinner and a little more delicate than you might find on Sylvac or Denby issues.
It is a vibrant sugar pink colour with dark brown painted eyes.
Mr Bunny measures just over 5 inches in height.
It has no damage, chips, or cracks.
I am not sure who the maker is - as many British companies at this time copied the 1930s Sylvac Models. This one is not marked Syvlac on the base - so it is probably one of those derivative models. It is however a harder-to-find issue and the pink colour is always keenly sought-after. It looks great on display. It is priced accordingly.
To keep it safe in transit will pack it in a larger box as a medium-sized parcel with Royal Mail Recorded. This will cost £4.95 and applied to your order at the checkout.
