These are very stylish vintage 1950s ceramics.
On offer here are the THREE trios (cup, saucer, and side plates). The pattern is called Habitant and they were produced by J&G Meakin.
This Habitant pattern is a lovely sunshine yellow check. I love the fancy back stamp on the plates. This design was first produced in 1955 and was designed by the Frank Trigger.
The cups are nice and wide - and are just fine for either tea of coffee. You can see the faint word MEAKIN under the shiny glaze on the base. They are bright sunshine yellow on the outside and white on the inside.
Dimensions: The cups are 3 inches in height with a diameter of 3 1/2 inches. The side plate is 7 inches and the saucer is just under 6 inches.
I am pricing each trio at £14.95 and they are all in excellent condition.
UK Postage will be £5.50 and this will be applied to your order at the checkout.
