This is a lovely piece of Scottish studio pottery. It is signed below: Drymen. It is a more unusual Drymen pottery piece - taking the form of a little Brutalist stoneware owl - with great big eyes! He is just so cute. Drymen Pottery was sited a picturesque village in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
The owl was probably made by Shirley Anne Bracewell at the pottery and mark on the base was used between 1969 - 1990. The pottery has been closed for many years.
My owl is in perfect condition with no damage.
Dimensions: the height is 5 inches and the diameter at the widest is 4 inches. Unpacked the weight is 600 grams.
The wee owl will be sent to you with UK Royal Mail Recorded Post (Small Parcel). This will be added to your order at the checkout.
