These little antique glass whisky noggins are highly collectable.
I have two of these listed on my online store. They are almost identical - the same date, the same maker but one has the word whisky on the little label in italics and the other the text is in capital letters.
This one is certainly a fine one over 100 years old - with the silver mounts on the glass noggin made by the celebrated Silver Smithsmiths Hukin and Heath.
The little silver cap on this one is hallmarked for the year 1907, and for Birmingham. It is marked on the side of the silver mount, and below the lid. The little label is of the same date with a London Hallmark for the year 1907 and a tiny Hukin and Heath mark
As you can see a lovely little noggin with a sterling silver top - and designed to hold an individual little measure of whisky - very cute if you have an old cut glass carafe for water and a little crystal glass.
Sweet little deep engraved star on the base. The silver label on the neck is the work Whisky in italics, as photographed.
Height is just 4 inches. The base measures 2 5/8 inches.
Of course in perfect condition - with no damages.
Very fair price for this very collectable miniature antique whisky decanter and label. It is in lovely antique condition and you wont be disappointed with it. Postage will be with Royal Mail Recorded Post and this will be applied at the checkout.
