This is an earlier piece of handcrafted glass squat vase that was designed by Michael Harris. It is not signed by him but has an early label.
It is part of his "Tortoiseshell" range for Isle of Wight Studio Glass.
It is impressed with the "flame" pontil mark on the base - and retains its original old paper label.
This lovely squat vase dates to the early 1970s.
It is 5 1/4 inches in diameter. It is 3 inches in height.
In great condition with no chips, cracks, or bruises.
