These vintage ceramics from the Turi range are now highly collectable.
Dating to the 1960s, the pattern was designed by Turi Gramdstadt Oliver, who initially trained in ceramics at the Norwegian Academy of Craft and Art Industry and then at the Crafts School in Bergen. She subsequently worked as a designer in the Figgjo Flint factory from 1960 to 1980.
She created many of their most famous and loved designs. After leaving Figgjo Flint, she concentrated on textile designs.
On offer here are some spares - a wee lot of THREE DESSERT PLATES in the rarer Barcarole Pattern. All pieces are in pretty good condition with no chips or cracks. There are some little scuff marks to the white surface of the plate - but only really seen in a raking light. I have taken this into consideration and pricing each one at just over £8.
Each plate is 9 1/2 inches in diameter.
I will post to you with Royal Mail Recorded Post (Medium Parcel, Heavy). This will be applied to your order at checkout. If you want all the items in this pattern in my store - I will be able to cap the cost of their postage at £10.
