This is a pretty little vintage Italian glass perfume bottle.
It is hand-blown with a pontil mark on the base. It is made of ribbons of fused glass in green, bright blue, and clear with lots of twinkly gold flakes in the glass.
I think that originally it might have had an old paper label as used by Bucella Cristalli Glass, based at Murano in Italy. It is consistent in design, form and colours for other art glass pieces by them. This one is especially nice as it has a very decorative stopper - which looks more like a piece of Salviati glass in form than Cristalli. The stopper is clear glass with scrolling petals like a flower. The stopper also has sprinkles of glass inside. I love that this has a long clear dabber on the stopper - which you can use to dab your favourite colognes behind your ears or on your wrists.
Apart from missing its original old paper label - there are no condition issues at all with the bottle.
I have taken lots of images for your inspection.
Dimensions: Overall height including the stopper is 6 3/4 inches (17 cm). The height of the bottle section is just over 4 1/4 inches (11 cm). At its widest point, it is about 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). The length of the stopper from top to end to dabber is 4 inches (10 cm).
