This is a lovely 20th-century Holophane-style lampshade.
It is marked not marked to the neck with the usual Holophane word - but nevertheless, it is an old shade copying the genuine holophane designs - and looks fabulous on display - you only know that it is not a genuine Holophane example through the lack of the impressed word.
It is made of clear glass with close decorative ribbing all over - as photographed.
There are no chips or cracks.
This is a single shade - which will look great hung in any room of your house - it is simply a beautiful classic design.
It comes with a clean brass shade holder - which is nice and shiny - in perfect condition.
Dimensions: Overall the height with brass fitment is 5 inches. The diameter is 6 inches at its widest.
The fact that it is an older copy is reflected in my reduced asking price for this shade. It is still a bit of a bargain!
