This is a lovely large vintage 1960s circular round teak cheeseboard.
It has a gouged ring around the rim where the glass dome rests so that it does not slip about.
The dome is made with thick glass with a ball shaped round knop on the top so that you can easily lift it up to get to your cheese below.
The board and dome are in good condition with no damages.
There is no maker's name on the wooden section - but it looks similar of other vintage cheese domes made in Denmark - or possibly by Dartington Glass in the UK.
It does look pretty stunning on display - you won't be disappointed with it.
Dimensions: The diameter of the wooden base is 9 1/2 inches. The engraved holding ring (exterior) on the base has a diameter of 8 1/4 inches. The dome diameter is 7 3/4 inches. The height of the glass dome is 7 1/2 inches. The height of the wooden base is 3/4 inch.
