This is one of two similar antique Victorian paperweights that I have in my store.
It takes the form of a glass dump - with a green tinge to the glass (as you might find in old antique bottles). Inside are the heads of three bright yellow trumpet-shaped flowers. There is an unpolished pontil mark on the base.
These weights were very popular with Victorians - and they often featured these yellow flowers, fountain shapes or were large with simple bubble inclusions.
They are still collectable desktop or decoration items for period interiors.
The height is about 2 1/4 inches. The diameter is 2 3/4 inches.
I have priced these up at a very fair price.
