Kjell Engman was born in 1946. He has designed many classics for the Kosta Boda glassworks in Sweden. He has worked at Kosta Boad since 1978. This vase dates to 2000 and it is called "Fossil" from the raised lozenge on the front - which takes the form of a fossilized trilobite.
This vase comes from my personal collection. I bought it from the Kosta Boda stand which was in Jenners on Princes Street, Edinburgh. I have owned it for 23 years - so it is in exceptional condition as has always been on display in my house
Dimensions: Height is 10 3.4 inches. The diameter at the widest is 7 inches. The depth is 5 1/2 weight.
Signed on the base: Kosta Boda Kjell Engman 44013.
I have taken lots of of pictures for your inspection.
This is a most substantial and heavy piece of glass. Due to its weight - it would have to be posted to the UK only. I would use Parcelforce24 tracked postage. This would cost £10 and applied to your order at the checkout.
