These are attractive antique Scottish pottery items. A little trio set - consisting of a cup, saucer, and side plate. They are all made by Mak Merry.
They each have a matching pattern with summer fruits (lemons, apples, and berries) with some daisy-style flowers set against a white and grey-bue background.
They date to around the 1920s / 1930s and are hand-painted.
They are painted on pottery "blanks" - and are signed on the base: Mak Merry
The china blanks were probably made and supplied by Maling and Sons, Newcastle-on-Tyne.
Dimensions: The cup is of a larger size and is 3 inches in height with a diameter at the rim of 3 1/4 inches. The saucer has a diameter of 6 inches and the side plate is 7 1/4 inches.
CONDITION: They are all in fine condition and display well. No chips or cracks.
These are such lovely Mak Merry ceramics - and they are listed at a fair price for these vintage Scottish Art Pottery pieces.
