This is a sweet little vintage decorative wall plate by the Danish designer Bjørn Wiinblad for German porcelain manufacturer Rosenthal.
It is finely decorated with Wiinblad's illustrations relating to the tales of Sinbad the Sailor.
I have a total of 8 of these Sinblad plates in my store - as photographed.
This plate is No. 3 in the series. The subject shows: Sinbad encountering a strange large parrot-like bird on the left-hand side of the composition.
It is unboxed but in excellent vintage condition with no damages. There is no loss to the gilding on the design.
Dimensions: 6 1/2 inches in diameter.
There is a little built-in plate hanger on the reverse - so you can hang it straight onto your wall.
