This is a much harder-to-find vintage Wade Pottery Whisky Jug.
It dates to the 1950s and was made to advertise Lang's Scotch Whisky.
There is a comical illustration on each side (both sides are the same).
It shows a butler holding a silver salver onto of which is a massive bottle of Lang's Whisky.
It is captioned "abune them a'" or above them al .
This jug measures 5 1/2 inches in height. From spout to handle is 6 inches. The depth is 3 inches.
Unpacked it is 550 grams.
This particular jug is a rare one and is in excellent damage-free condition.
