This is SINGLE vintage Edinburgh Gin and Tonic Glass
I have a total of five glasses (as photographed). I am selling these as two separate pairs and this single glass.
I have priced each glass at £25 - given the intricate design and their age.
It is a more unusual glass to find with its shorter stem- and I believe that it was originally designed as a gin and tonic vessel - but today could also be used as a red wine glass.
They would certainly be good for sitting out in the garden and sipping some refreshing summer gin cocktails from
Each glass is signed with an etched mark. This is on the foot of each glass and it is the old Edinburgh & Leith mark - which dates to the years 1927 - 1939.
The bowl of each glass is beautifully engraved with an all-over geometric pattern - I have been unable as yet to identify the pattern - but it will be an older one. So nearly 100 years old - hard to believe!
All five of my glasses are in good vintage condition with no damage.
They are 4 ¾ inches high, with a diameter 3 ¼ inches. The foot is 3 inches in diameter.
