This is a pretty little antique 1920s Scottish Monart Glass Bowl.
It is really sweet of miniature size - and is a little shallow dish with a nice flat rim section. This is a little simple miniature dish - and a good starter piece for your collection of Monart glass. The colour is applied all over the dish and it is a mottled aqua-green shade. The base is polished and there is a small indented pontil mark in the center which has been polished. The bowl would probably have had originally a round paper label on this raised pontil - but this has come off over the decades. It is definitely a piece of Monart glass and is being sold as such.
As you can see from my photographs - it is a sweet wee piece and sits very nicely in your hand. It looks great on display. It is in perfect condition with no damage of any kind.
Given that is a much simpler design - it has been priced accordingly.
I have taken lots of images were taken for your inspection.
