This is a stylish vintage lamp dating to the early 1970s.
It is an Art Pottery table lamp - made of stoneware with applied raised circular disks at the front. It has a short brass upstand with the bulb holder above, as photographed.
There are no maker's names on this lamp that I can see - but stylistically it looks like a lamp possibly made by Tremar Pottery or Tremaen Pottery in Cornwall. There may be a maker's name under the felt base - but I don't really want to remove that.
It is in good vintage condition and offered at a very good price. It will look fab in a 1970s Brutalist interior.
The height from the base to the top of the bulb holder is 8 inches - it has a diameter of 5 1/4 inches at the base. The base height is 3 inches.
It has a new electrical flex. There are about 2 meters of cable on the lamp - so you can move it to a socket easily. There is an on-off switch in the bulb holder. It comes with a very simple new white drum shade (you need to use a low-wattage LED bulb with this shade). The bulb holder takes a B22 bayonet light bulb. The shade is 5 inches x 6 inches in diameter.
It would have to be sent to UK addresses only. It will cost £4.95 to send to you with Royal Mail Recorded Post (Small Parcel) and this will be applied to your order at the checkout.
