This is a simple set of boxed hallmarked silver coffee spoons. As you can see in fabulous condition - as good as the day that they were made!
The fitted case is in lovely clean condition with no damages or issues. It is made of a material made to look like crocodile skin - but it is not animal in origin. There is a popper stud on the front to keep the case closed. Inside it has a Royal Blue velvet fitted base - and a clean cream satin covering on the inner lid. The lid is marked with the retailer's mark: the prestigious Wilson & Sharp, who were at this time based on Princes Street, Edinburgh. All looking just lovely!
The spoons are also lovely - they are bright silver gilt - with black bakelite coffee bean finials on each one. The back of the bowl of each spoon is hallmarked, as photographed. This is a Birmingham hallmark for the year 1930. They were made by Keight & Newman.
Dimensions: length is just over 3 3/4 inches.
Of offer here is this stylish complete cased set of 1930 Art Deco coffee spoons - as nice as you might find!
