These are probably a sweet little set of miniature liqueur glasses for the more specialist collector of Edinburgh Crystal glasses.
These are quite small and for a tiny drop of toasting liqueurs or a wee dram of your special malts.
Each glass is only 3 1/2 inches in height. The foot is 1 3/4 inches in diameter and the rim is 1 1/2 inches.
Being early Edinburgh Crystal Glasses (E&L). The decoration on each is rather simple in design - it consists of a larger three-stroke criss-cross star & between a little downwards pointing arrow shape and a tiny oval facet below.
A lovely shape - like a reduced version of a large white wine glass.
The foot of each glass is marked with the old Edinburgh & Leith mark - which dates this little set to the year 1927 - 1939. So these are very early and rarer survivors.
All the glasses are in excellent condition - and look as if they have been kept in a cabinet for nearly the last hundred years.
