This is a very stunning piece of vintage hand-blown Scottish art glass.
It dates to around the 1930s. With the completely smooth polished base which you find on smaller sized Monart pieces.
It is certainly a beautiful example of vintage Scottish glass with such lovely colours.
The base colour is a pretty pale mottled pink tone - from which issues some swirls of black and gold aventurine inclusions - they fair twinkle when they catch the light.
Excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
It has been rather difficult to photograph due to all the reflections on the thick clear outer casing - you won't be disappointed with it.
With a height of 5 1/4 inches. The diameter at the widest point is 4 3/4 inches.
The weight unpacked is 425 grams.
