This is a lovely pre-loved Roamer Sapphire watch. It is in absolutely fabulous condition - and I don't think that it has ever been worn. It is totally pristine - and comes with its original "mock croc" brown leather strap with a gold logo on it
It comes in its original retail box - marked ROAMER OF SWITZERLAND in gold on the lid.
Inside is a little leather / leatherette display pad for the watch - which lifts out.
The watch is quartz / battery operated - and I have just popped in a new battery (July 2023) so it is fully working and keeping good time.
The original guarantee is still in the box - and this was a five-year guarantee (now expired since it seems the watch was purchased in 2015). We are selling it to you as guaranteed to work and that is keeping good time.. we don't want any unhappy customers!
The watch is a Classic Line Roamer 1888 with a Sapphire Crystal Glass cover as annotated on the face. It has gold hands and a second sweep hand. It also has a date window on the right-hand side. It is water resistant to 50 metres.
The face is a clean white colour and there are gold-coloured batons to mark the time zones. It is also a good-quality Swiss Made timepiece. The face size is 30 mm. It is 8 mm in depth - so a slim-line watch.
The strap width is 18 mm and has a buckle closure.
I have taken a number of images of the watch for your inspection. It is certainly a good-quality vintage watch with a classic design. I particularly like the gold and white colouring on the face.
Given it is sold as in "as new" condition, pre-loved but unworn. Would make a nice gift as it also looks good in its presentation box. I am listing it at fair price.
