This is a lovely vintage Scottish art glass vase dating to the 1960s.
It was made by Strathearn Glass and has the leaping salmon mark on the pontil mark on the base, as photographed.
It is a more unusual shape being a tall cylinder.
It is 7 3/4 inches in height and with a diameter of 4 inches.
It is an attractive green colour - with a darker green shade to the rim - it has swirls to the base area - and loads of twinkly copper / gold aventurine flecks to the darker glass section.
It is in excellent condition with no damages (any white flashes are not on the vase - but just caused by reflections when taking my photographs).
Weight unpacked is 850 grams.
A very fair price for a larger piece of Strathearn glass - and one with a more unusual design.
