This another really fine Scottish glass paperweight which I am currently listing on my Iconic Edinburgh online store.
As you can see it is beautifully made and was created by Strathearn Glass.
This Strathearn weight dates to the 1970s and has a small dark blue base colour.
The canes are beautifully placed with ten fine and delicate spiral latticino twists, which radiate as spokes from the central rosette.
The central millefiori rosette is dark blue and red in colour. The latticino twists are white - and in between each twist and more millefiori canes - in pastel pink and lilac hues.
With remains of old Strathearn paper label on the base, as photographed.
A very attractive vintage Scottish glass paperweight.
It measures 1 3/4 inches in height with a diameter of 2 1/4 inches.
The paperweight is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or polishing.
