This is a fine job lot of FOUR vintage Edinburgh Crystal goblets or small white wine glasses (with shorter stem). They are officially called Claret Glasses.
I have these four listed - and also have another set of three on the website in this size - so handy as spares if you have broken some in the past.
The Star of Edinburgh pattern is a classic one, first introduced by Edinburgh Crystal in 1948.
This is a matching set of only FOUR glasses (the ones in the photographs are the ones being sent). They are goblet-shaped and would be good for smaller amounts of white wine - or perhaps for port or after-dinner dessert wines.
They have etched marks that date from to about 1955 up until the 1980s. The design, shape and pattern remain timeless.
They are in excellent condition with no damage. Listed at a fair price of just under £14 for each glass.
They measure as follows: 5 1/8 inches in height (the bowl is 3 inches). The rim has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. The foot is just over 2 5/8 inches.
