These are such lovely vintage pieces of mid-century Scottish Art Glass.
They all have the acid-etched signature: Vasart on the bottom of each plate, as photographed.
Here we have a very pretty serving set for fruits, ice creams, dips, cold starters or puddings.
The colour is very attractive with a mottled bubbled glass in pale lemon yellow and a burnt orange shade around the rims.
There are six of the smaller bowls and one larger serving bowl - all of which date to the 1940s / 1950s.
Being hand-made blown pieces - there is a little bit of graduation in the sizes.
The measurements are as follows. Each smaller bowl is 2 1/2 inches in height - and with a diameter of 4 3/4 inches.
The larger bowl for serving or perhaps for crisps or chips etc measures 4 inches in height and has a diameter of 8 1/4 inches.
Pricing these fine old bowls up at £20 per small bowl and £45 for the larger one - so fair price for these old handmade art glass one. GRAND TOTAL IS £165
My glass bowls have no damages or cracks - and no scuffing to the surface.
Weight for the whole set here is 1.6 kg unpacked.
SADLY, NO INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE ON THIS SET.
Due to weight, I would have to send this set with Parcelforce48. This would cost £10.
If you wished to also order the Vasart plates or shallow bowls - postage would be capped at £10 for you.
